1. Return Policy –
KSFashion.in has the right to cancel the orders that we are unable to accept. We immediately inform the customer and update the status of the order placed on our website. Refund will be provided for orders that are canceled by KSFashion.in.
You can return an item for refund or store credit or you can exchange it for a different size or colour or pattern within 10 days from when it is received by you under following conditions:
- All exchanges are based on stock availability.
- Under circumstances of return you will be refunded amount within 15 days after item received by us and it will be depend on conditions of goods as specified in below point no. 2.
- If you want to store amount to your credit then it will be valid up to 1 month from the date of when the return is received by us depending on conditions of goods as specified in below point no. 2.
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
- Store credit or exchange can be processed only if we receive the merchandise in its depending on conditions specified in below point no. 2.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
- All our products undergo an extremely detailed quality check, before dispatch. Therefore please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
- If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, ksfashion will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
- If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns Ksfashion will reimburse Rs 50/- shipping costs per order/ parcel if you self- ship the product.
- Any exchange and return can be done only once, if it follows the criteria laid in Point No.2
- Wait for 72 hours of your placing the request and your product will be picked right from your doorstep. This service is available only at selected locations.
- If you would like to exchange/return an item, please send us an email at care@ksfashion.in and self-ship the item to our address and inform us about the returned product along with post office/courier receipt. When sending your product back to us by Indian post or any of your choice for exchange/return we do recommend that you use the registered post option. Postal shipping charges bill will be credited to your wallet but not exceeding Rs. 50/-.
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
2. Condition of Return/Exchange Goods
- All exchange and return are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We do not provide refund on any goods sold by third party.
- All Tags should be attached same as it is been at the time of dispatch and without any damage.
- All goods should be free from damage, spoiling, stains, odors and tags attached.
- All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.

4. When will user get his order:
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-12 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
4. Can i change the shipping address on my order:
Once the order is placed, the change in address is not possible.
5. Can i modify or cancel my order?
Orders once placed cannot be canceled by the customers.
